How we handle your information

What we collect

When you submit the contact form we receive your name, email address, phone number, the subject you selected and your message. The enquiry form on the weddings page asks for your name, phone number, email address, the date you have in mind, roughly how many guests are coming, and whatever you choose to tell us about the wedding.

That is all of it. We do not store your IP address, anything about your device, or any record of which pages you looked at.

What we do with it

Your message is emailed to the foundation office and written into a private spreadsheet that only the office can open, so that an enquiry is not lost. We use it only to respond to you. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone outside the foundation.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Two things are saved in your own browser and never leave your device: your light or dark mode choice, and which notice from the notice board you have already been shown.

Third parties

The contact page embeds a Google Map so you can find us; loading it means Google may receive your IP address, as it would on any site with an embedded map. What you send through either form is carried, stored and emailed using Google's services — the form posts to a Google Apps Script, the record is kept in Google Sheets, and the notification reaches the office by email.

Removing your information

Write to melukotegurujifoundation@gmail.com and ask us to delete your enquiry, and we will do so.
